If you have ever purchased a Download product from Just Flight or Just Trains, you will know that you are automatically sent a new set of unlock codes by email. It is vitally important that you keep this email safe as you need it for the next time you wish to unlock the product.
Previously you would have to email us to request new codes, but our recently updated shopping cart now features an unlock code reminder tool so you can get replacement codes sent to you straight away - 24 hours a day!
Follow this simple step-by-step guide to get replacement unlock codes sent to you…
Firstly you need to make sure you have the latest version of the product installer from our Download links page at http://www.justflight.com/downloadlinks.asp and once you have the installer downloaded to your PC you should run it.
You will be asked to select the transaction type. Choose “Automatic transaction over the internet” as shown in the screenshot below.

Another page will appear which tells you that you must be connected to the internet, and has a “Finish” button. Click that and it’ll launch your web browser, as shown below.

You will have two options - you should click on “Click here to unlock the product” (as highlighted in red in the screenshot above) as you already have a licence and simply want to unlock. This will take you to the unlock page, as shown below.

On the unlock page you have two boxes to enter your unlock codes. Below this is the new “Lost your unlocking code?” tool, where you can enter the email address you used at the time of purchasing the Download, and click on the “Send Me Reminder” button, as shown below.

A confirmation screen will appear telling you that an email has been sent, and this will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes. If you don’t get the email, please check your spam and junkmail folders.

The email will be titled “Just Flight - ESD Unlocking Reminder” and contains your latest unlock codes for the product which you requested the code reminder.

To unlock the product, you should run the installer again and enter the codes in the first two boxes of the unlock system.
And… don’t forget that when you unlock you will get sent a new set of codes, and you should keep the email somewhere safe as you’ll need the codes if you need to unlock again next time!
